His work spans creative direction and content production, paid media and organic search performance, marketing operations and reporting, and the co-branding, website design, social media, and brand identity services Sigma Tax Pro delivers to its own partners through Creative Services.
Most of his attention goes to a single question, which is how a tax software company earns attention in a market where every competitor makes broadly the same promises about price, support, and reliability. The answer usually turns out to be specificity and proof rather than louder claims, which is a large part of why this team page exists at all. He works closely with the sales and product teams so that what the marketing says an office will get is what the office actually gets when it signs.
