Eddy Elfardy
Eddy Elfardy serves as Director of Operations at Sigma Tax Pro, where he oversees the people, processes, and systems that keep the company running smoothly for clients year-round.
His career began in 2009 in IT, working in systems administration and technical support. Even in those early technical roles, he found himself gravitating toward managing peers and improving operations, often taking on informal leadership responsibilities well before he held a management title.
That instinct led him to Sigma Tax Pro 11 years ago, where he joined as Support Manager. His ability to build efficient systems and develop strong teams earned him a promotion to Operations Manager and later to Director of Operations. Throughout his time at the company, Eddy's focus has centered on hiring, training, and developing the people behind the organization, building a team of capable future leaders equipped to drive the company forward. A support team's depth in February is decided by hiring and training done months earlier, which is where much of his attention goes.
That technical foundation, combined with a long-standing pull toward operational leadership, gives him an unusual perspective on building scalable, dependable service. Under his leadership Sigma Tax Pro continues to invest in the people and processes that make reliable, high-quality tax service possible, season after season.
