Rexasel Melgar is a Sales Representative at Sigma Tax Pro, where he helps tax professionals identify the right software for their business and provides Spanish language support so that Spanish speaking clients receive the same clarity of communication and quality of service as every other office Sigma Tax Pro works with. For many of those offices, he is the reason a detailed conversation about bank product enrollment or e-file requirements can happen in the language they actually work in, rather than through a translation that loses the specifics.
His strengths are bilingual communication in English and Spanish, customer service, problem solving, and building the kind of client trust that turns a first season into a long term partnership. Much of that comes down to patience with the question behind the question. An office asking about pricing is often really asking whether it can grow, and answering that second question well is what earns the renewal a year later.
