Digital products

Due to the nature of digital software products, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. Refund requests for digital products will be considered on a case-by-case basis within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. If a refund is approved, the associated license key will be deactivated and you must cease all use of the software.
