Mitch Elbarki is President and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma Tax Pro, which he has led from the company's Delray Beach, Florida headquarters since founding it in 2012. Across those fourteen years he has built the business around a single conviction: independent tax preparers, accountants, and CPAs deserve the same professional tax software and bank product access that large franchise networks take for granted, without paying franchise prices for it.
That premise shapes how the company is structured. Rather than selling software and moving on, Sigma Tax Pro is organized around volume purchasing that passes discounts through to smaller offices, technical support staffed for filing season rather than for an average week, and business building services that treat a preparer's growth as the point rather than an upsell. Under Mitch's leadership the company has become an Inc. 5000 honoree serving tax offices nationwide, holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and has expanded from software alone into refund transfer programs, managed services, and reseller and service bureau partnerships built for larger operations.
Mitch remains directly involved in product direction and in the partner relationships behind Sigma Tax Pro's bank product offering.
