Pauline Dorceus
Pauline Dorceus is National Software Account Manager at Sigma Tax Pro, where she has helped tax offices select, configure, and get real use out of professional tax software since 2013. Thirteen years makes her one of the longest tenured people on the team, with client relationships that now run more than a decade deep. Her accounts span the full range of what Sigma Tax Pro offers: software selection across the SIGMA product line, bank product solutions, tax preparation support, and audit assistance.
What separates her from a conventional account manager is that she came into the role from tax practice rather than from software sales. She spent three years in a corporate office management position at a tax preparation business before joining, and her working knowledge covers individual and corporate returns, payroll and sales tax, tax research, and IRS audits. So when a preparer calls with a question that is really about tax treatment rather than about the software, she can answer it herself instead of transferring the call.
Pauline works with offices nationwide across the whole season, from software selection in the fall through the final extension deadline in October.
