William Argeros
William Argeros is Manager of Compliance at Sigma Tax Pro, responsible for regulatory adherence across the software and bank product programs that partner offices depend on. In an industry where a procedural error can cost an office its ability to e-file, his role is to keep Sigma Tax Pro and its partners on the right side of requirements that change every single year.
He has been with the company for over a decade and moved into compliance from several years as a National Software Consultant, supporting offices nationwide on tax preparation questions, technical software issues, auditing, and banking options. That work built the direct relationships with banking partners and software developers that let him configure and present a product around how a specific office actually operates rather than handing over a generic package, and it gave him detailed knowledge of where offices tend to get into trouble.
Earlier in his career William was responsible for professional training and product readiness across 200 staff in three locations. That is where he learned how much further a bad customer experience travels than a good one, and concluded that every client matters regardless of size or spend. He is a Notary Public in the State of Florida.
